Our Story

While volunteering at a rural public school in India, we noticed many students were struggling to understand basic concepts and were unable to keep up with their peers. Troubled by this issue, we created our own learning curriculum, which incorporated technology and self-paced learning. The LOOPS project was adopted by the ABC Classrooms sponsored by the Tamil Nadu Foundation (TNF), a non profit organization, in 9 rural schools in India.  The project was a great success and it is being expanded to TNF-supported schools.

In order to bring the LOOPS Project to other parts of the world, we founded a non-profit organization named KLOOPS (Kids Learn at One's Own Pace for Success) with the goal of ensuring that kids learn important information without being left behind. Our first major initiative, Be Safe, is designed to teach young children the fundamentals of protecting themselves. Through activity placemats and a digital game, we plan to teach elementary schoolers important ways to stay safe from sexual abuse.
